body blast

Take your muscle endurance game to the next level in our classic, low impact, high energy, full body weight-training class. Using medium to light weights, high reps and super sets – you will work to the beat of the music, pushing through that delicious burn, counting down to the very last rep.


bootcamp

Get ready to really work up a sweat in our classic Bootcamp class. Expect challenging and innovative circuits combining HIIT, plyometrics and resistance training. Build strength, power, endurance and confidence in this super fun, super sweaty workout.


choreo dance

Welcome to the weekend! The theme to this choreography dance class changes every two weeks – but you can always expect a wildly fun, energetic, heart-pounding party. Learn simple choreography to your favourite songs! Come for a class, stay for a glass after, there's always something to celebrate even it is just the end of a long week.


e3 circuit

Let’s break this down before we build you up - E3 Circuit consists of 3 upper, 3 lower, 3 core and 3 cardio stations. You will get to play with all the toys in the weight room! Moving through the circuit over 3 rounds, you’ll never be bored in this super effective, fun and fast-moving workout!


hardass

This intense lower body workout uses heavier weights, Bala bands, benches and bodyweight to really focus on our favourite assets – glutes and core.  Expect controlled movements, glute activation and time under tension combined with explosive power to lift and shape your glutes and engage your core.



strength x hiit

Hiit the bench then Hiit the floor. 4 rounds of a total body burn.


hip hop

A fast-paced, super fun, social class to learn Hip Hop dance movements in a vibrant environment! You’ll learn choreography from beginning to end, we focus on the same routine for 4 weeks, each week you come back we start from the beginning so new comers can easily pick up the routine and returning clients can just focus on dancing.


jacked

Want to get serious in the weight room? JACKED is our signature, full-body, heavy lifting class designed to build muscle, strength and confidence. You will have your own weight bench and full set of weights – we get you to muscle failure with less reps but max effort, all with an emphasis on proper form.  Nothing looks as good as STRONG feels.


pilates

Go back to basics with our classic mat Pilates class. With an emphasis on proper postural alignment, core strength muscle balance and flexibility the goal is lean muscle and core engagement. Expect traditional pilates sequences and mindful movement. Optional Bala Bangles on your wrists and ankles will provided added resistance for a perfectly balanced workout.

Meet us on the mat to flow, breath and connect back to self. You will be lead through an immersive power yoga class with music. The intention – create connection with your mind, body and soul. This class will leave you rinsed and feeling connected to our community.

triple a

Targeting your arms, abs and ass, this perfectly balanced workout offers a full body burn using light to medium weights, Bala bands and body weight.  Expect effective muscle conditioning sets combined with high intensity cardio intervals all set to inspiring and exhilarating playlists.
