Class Packs are non-transferable and non-refundable. Class Packs expire within one year from package first use. Individual promotion carry different expiration periods; please note the expiration on the Class Pack you purchase. Failure to cancel within the cancellation window will result in your class being forfeited. 

Membership contract renews monthly at the time of purchase and requires 14 days notice to cancel. Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. There are no holds on a membership. If you fail to cancel or show up for a class within the cancelation window of 8 hours, your credit card on file will be charged $18 +hst. Failure to pay the cancellation fee will result in your online booking account being suspended until the cancellation fee is paid.

To confirm your booking we require a $200+hst non-refundable deposit. If you need to reschedule your party we require at least 7 days written notice prior to your party date. A cancellation within 7 days of your scheduled party date will result in the full charge of the party to your credit card.
